Sold in 5 days at full asking price!! i.e. $579,000. The previous Realtor was planning to just sell "as is", for $530,000 range. By going with Brian, and putting in just a couple thousand for painting, yard work, cleaning, etc., as he had suggested, we received almost $50,000 more. What a difference a Realtor can make !!!
